Delivery Information

Standard Delivery

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination
  • Dispatch time: Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days
  • Delivery time: Usually 2–4 working days from dispatch
  • Courier: Royal Mail, DHL, or another suitable courier depending on parcel size and weight

Delivery charges will always be shown clearly at checkout before payment is completed.

Important Notes

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation and tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
  • We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
  • We take care to package items responsibly, using recyclable or minimal packaging wherever possible.

Returns Policy

If something isn’t right, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Our Policy

  • You may return most new, unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
  • Items must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.
  • For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened pest control, treatment, or chemical products.

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

How to Start a Return

  2. We’ll confirm whether your item is eligible and provide return instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • You’ll be notified by email once your refund has been completed.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Orders

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
